Portugal have announced their squad for their final round of games in their Nations League group as they get set to face Poland and Croatia. Portugal will take on Poland (November 15) at home and Croatia (November 18) on the road. This edition of the Nations League has been revamped with the Top 2 nations advancing to a knockout round of eight. Portugal need one point to claim a spot in the top two and will clinch top spot in the group with four points in their final two games or less depending on the results of other nations.
